1. MEMBERSHIP:
By taking out a membership you accept in full all these terms and conditions and
agree to comply with them at all times.
2. 18 YEARS OLD:
Members must be at least 18 years of age or older as local gambling law

3. OWN USE ONLY:
All confidential betting information MUST be used ONLY by the member whose name

4. DIVULGE INFORMATION:
Once a member has received his/her membership confirmation, he/she is bound to
an agreement that he/she shall not in any way divulge the information to any
third parties. It is released exclusively to members of ONLINE SPORTS BETTING UK
hereafter referred to as OSB - information piracy and/or the re-transmission of
syndicate information, either for commercial gain or not, of any kind will NOT
be permitted and we will seek legal redress over any such action. This
also applies if we suspect that such an act is planned. The membership will also
be terminated immediately WITHOUT REFUND.
5. PAST RESULTS:
Members must be aware that not every bet will win. Past results are not
necessarily indicative of future performance and OSB is not bound by any
assurance that profits will be achieved.
6. REFUNDS:
OSB cannot offer refunds of subscriptions under any circumstances.
7. LIABILITY:
Due to the nature of electronic distribution of information, services and
materials, neither OSB nor any of its Data Providers nor affiliates have any
liability (whether in contract or tort) for any losses, costs or damages
resulting from or related to use of or inability to use any information
contained in our services or the provision of the services to the fullest extent
to which such liability may be excluded or avoided by law. In no event shall OSB
be liable to you for perceived or actual lost profits or for indirect,
incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in
relation to the provision of the services or the provision of information.
8. INDEMNITY:
You irrevocably indemnify OSB and its Data Providers and affiliates from and
against any and all losses, damages and costs suffered or incurred by OSB any
Data Providers or affiliates of whatsoever nature arising out of or in
connection with your use, provision or distribution of information or any part
of our services or any part or otherwise howsoever arising in relation to any
breach of this agreement by you.
9, BETTING ON HORSE RACING IS A GAMBLE:

Nothing doing today, my first tip
went off at 401/,and the race was run in a manner that I knew immediately we had
done our money, whilst I will be taking a few looks at the ride on Alqaahir
tonight. I think there is something in the bag on this one. just a matter of
time as to when its going to be let out again I think.
Anyway, I have added an

Ibberton unseated today losing a
point but Madison Belle did what was required. Backed as high as 17 overnight on
the machine she returned at 7/1 (8.4 BFSP) to increase the bank as we approach
next week!!
