Charcteristics
Predominantly circular in nature, measuring about a mile and a
half, this picturesque left-handed circuit has a run-in of 325 yards. Apart from
a couple of minor dips it is almost flat, with three sharp bends, notably on the
paddock turn. Compact nippy sorts do well here, especially front-runners.

Travel Details:
By Car:
From the South - M6 to M54 then A41 to Whitchurch and A525 to Bangor-on-Dee.
From the North - M56 from Manchester, then M53 to Chester and A483 to Wrexham.
By Train:
Wrexham station is four miles away, and Chester and Shrewsbury are close by. A
free bus service runs from Wrexham station an hour and a half before the first
race and returns at the end of the day (For timings ring 01978 780323).
